Wash cotton pieces cold at 30°C on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low to limit shrinkage. Skip fabric softener on muslin — it coats the fibers and reduces absorbency over time.
We ship across the United States. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and typically arrive in 3 to 4 days depending on your state. Tracking is emailed automatically once your package is scanned.
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. For exchanges, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the size you need — we replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days once we receive and inspect your return. For hygiene reasons, feeding accessories and opened toys cannot be returned unless defective.
