You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Winter boots are judged on one morning: the first genuinely cold one. These suede boots are lined with fur-style material through the foot and ankle, built for school runs, snow and standing about in the cold rather than for looking at.
Suede and water are an awkward pair. Let wet boots dry naturally at room temperature, well away from radiators, then brush the nap back up once dry. Direct heat is what hardens and marks suede permanently. A protective spray before the first wear is worth the five minutes.
Are they waterproof? Suede is not naturally waterproof. A protective spray helps considerably, but for deep snow or heavy rain a fully waterproof boot is the better choice.
Should I size up for thick socks? Yes, allow room for a winter sock. A boot that is tight with socks on will be colder, not warmer, because it restricts circulation.
How do I clean them? Let mud dry fully, then brush it off. Wiping wet dirt into suede makes the mark worse.
