You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Most strollers come with a thin nylon seat that gets hot by the second block and stiff by the second month. Our Soft Cotton Stroller Pad sits over that seat and gives your baby a surface that breathes instead of sticking.
We have seen firsthand what a difference this makes on long errands. Parents tell us the walk home stops being the part they dread. You will find it in our baby care collection with the rest of our stroller gear.
We checked this one on the details that decide whether a liner stays in the stroller or ends up in a closet:
The cotton face pulls moisture off the skin instead of holding it, which is what makes summer stroller naps possible in the first place. The fill is quilted in a diamond pattern, so it spreads under weight rather than bunching at the hips after a few weeks of use. Cotton softens with each wash and this pad does the same, but the quilting holds the shape, so it will not turn into a flat sheet by fall. The surface takes a wipe cleanly, which matters more than parents expect once snacks enter the picture.
Match the size to your child, not the stroller brand. Here is how it breaks down:
| Size | Age | Weight (lbs) | Pad Length (in) |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 0–6M | 8–17 | 21 |
| M | 6–18M | 17–26 | 25 |
| L | 18M–3T | 26–34 | 29 |
| XL | 3T–4T | 34–40 | 33 |
It runs true to size on standard and jogging strollers. On a narrow umbrella stroller, size down, since the pad reads slightly roomy and the edges will curl.
Lay the pad flat, thread the harness through the slots before you seat your baby, and press the backing into the seat corners. We always advise checking harness tightness after the first install, because any added layer changes the fit. On daycare mornings it doubles as the high chair liner, and it pairs well with our feeding sets once solids start. For stroller walks that run past nap time, a clip-on toy from our soft baby toys keeps hands busy at eye level.
One honest note: we build this for strollers and high chairs only. We do not advise using it inside a car seat, since padding that did not come with your seat can change how the harness performs in a crash. For sun and bump protection on walks, our Baby Protection Hat is the piece we point parents to instead.
Wash it the week you get it so the cotton relaxes:
We check every stroller and bath item ourselves before it reaches a shelf, because gear your baby sleeps on deserves that.
Before bath night, our baby shower cap handles the other half of the evening routine.
A hard stroller seat is a small problem until it costs you a nap. Our Soft Cotton Stroller Pad adds real cushion, breathes through summer, and washes without going flat. Pick your size from the chart above and add it to your cart.
