You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
A baby carrier earns its place in the first year by giving you your hands back. This ergonomic carrier is designed to hold your baby in a supported, upright position against your body, spreading the weight across your shoulders and hips rather than hanging it off your neck.
Whatever carrier you use, the same rules apply. Your baby face should be visible at all times, chin off the chest so the airway stays open, and close enough to kiss. Check the fit every time before you start moving, and re-check as your baby falls asleep and their position shifts. Follow the manufacturer instructions for the minimum weight and age.
From what age can it be used? This depends on the specific weight and size range for the carrier, which you should confirm against the product specification before newborn use.
Will it fit more than one wearer? Adjustable carriers are usually shared between two adults of different sizes. Re-adjust between wearers rather than compromising on a middle setting.
How long can a baby be carried? Comfort is the guide, for both of you. Take breaks, change position, and do not leave a sleeping baby in a slumped posture.
